What we clean in a parking lot or garage

• Top decks and drive lanes, including the dark tire tracks worn into the same path every day.
• Walls and the base of walls, where green growth collects along the drive lane.
• Parking bays, curbs and wheel stops.
• Painted lines and arrows, which are easier to read once the dirt is off the concrete.

Why parking areas need pressure washing

• Safety. Growth on concrete is slick when wet, and a garage lane is where people walk and drive every day.
• First impression. The garage or lot is the first part of a property a visitor sees. At a hospital, people arrive worried, and a clean garage is one less thing to think about.
• The concrete. Grime holds moisture against the surface. Regular cleaning is cheaper than dealing with what that moisture does over years.
